We(heart)people is an open source project. Our aim is to display people going about in their everyday life.
We want to create a powerful and inspiring view of the society today.

Taking part is straightforward:

1. Shoot some footage.
2. Register on this site and detail your submission
3. Send us your footage using our web interface or our postal address

All you need to do is go out and shoot some footage of people going about their life; register with us online; and send us your tapes marked with your Frogzmedia ID Number written on the label or upload on our dedicated website(address will be given on registration). You can send us as much footage as you like, but remember we are only humans (yeah!) and there is so much we can review without a log or a short explanation at least.

What we will do with your footage?

Although the final product will be guided by how much of the good stuff you can send us, the final outcome will be a feature film. We do not aim to have any dialogs in the final films, so we sill not use any of your sound, but concentrate on your picture, framing etc. Try to film as it would be a documentary, and concentrate on the photography. Your collaboration will be listed in the credits, and you will be given a logo display on your promotions.

Will my footage be automatically included in the film?

No, we will be very strict on the quality of the picture and the photography. we will also include footage that works together. However you footage will be reviewed, and if we have any comment or questions, we may contact you.

What will you do with the money?

Well, it is not guaranteed first that there will be any, but the initial idea is to make this project a non profit one, so all money earned from the film will then be redistributed to a charity. We will run a poll to let people registered select their preferred charity.

Can I get paid for my footage?

Absolutely not :) - Well, as mentioned before, we are aiming for the project to be a collaborative one. In agreeing the terms and conditions, you will be releasing the footage free of charge to us for inclusion onto the final film.

I am not a Film Maker, can I help any other way?

Of course, 1st you don't need to be a film maker as such to participate, just owing a camera and willing to send some footage. We will be also selecting musicians to work with us, so if you feel like helping on teh music side, do not hesitate to be in touch too.
